Does not fully dry the dishes or cutlery. Smells funny after being run. Leaves glasses filthy. It is beyond belief that our old 14 year old dishwasher worked and had more options than this.

I gave it a 2 because as soon as the warranty expired so did the dishwasher! Was told by 2 different repair guys it’s cheaper to buy a new dishwasher than to pay for parts and labor.

The item was delivered and installed with no issues. The technicians ensured that it ran a cycle with no problems which was greatly appreciated. On the surface, it appears to be a good purchase.

Dishes do not come out clean

Every cycle, at least one dish, one glass and several utensils come out still dirty. I've tried everything - power boost detergents, the toughest cycles, only filling machine half way - Nothing works. Every cycle I pull a few items out needing rewashing. Do Not Recommend

The warranty just expired, and left an expensive repair bill. I thought a dishwasher should be able to last for about 10 years, but obviously Whirlpool is not such a brand to produce good unit for that purpose. This unit is not even the cheapest one in the market, but quality is the cheapest level. Totally waste money and time.
