I asked and made sure that my new house was serviceable and they could ship my appliances to my new home. They said they could. So I prayed for those services, shipping and installation. They called multiple times between today and 9 months ago affirming the installation date and address saying everything was good. Today they called me, 3 weeks before the insulation date, saying they could not install or ship my appliances to my house because my house is outside of their service zone. I have talked to multiple people today and no one can fix this issue. Needless to say, I'm not happy that I now I have to figure out how to ship and install my own appliances right before I'm going to move. Very dissatisfied with customer service.

Second cycle unfortunately did not. Having to frequently reset the dishwasher by unplugging the unit from the outlet. Just called Geek Squad/Total Tech and requesting a replacement. Hoping that the replacement is better and does not have this issue.

Great but doesnt dry well

Best Buy notified me prior to installation with timely information, The installers were very prompt ,professional and knowledgeable . They were calm , capable and did a fabulous job!
