Worst customer service ever

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worst customer service experience with Best Buy online, never buying anything from you guys again after this buying experience, although I had been a loyal customer for years. But with these appliances I had a nightmare and still have not received my refrigerator after paying for over a month for it. Made 20 plus calls to customer service and had been given a run around and no one is able to figure out what is wrong with the order. It keeps saying for over 3 weeks waiting for clearance.

I gave it a 2 because as soon as the warranty expired so did the dishwasher! Was told by 2 different repair guys it’s cheaper to buy a new dishwasher than to pay for parts and labor.

The warranty just expired, and left an expensive repair bill. I thought a dishwasher should be able to last for about 10 years, but obviously Whirlpool is not such a brand to produce good unit for that purpose. This unit is not even the cheapest one in the market, but quality is the cheapest level. Totally waste money and time.
