I originally purchased this dishwasher a year and a half ago. Unfortunately, it broke down. Thank goodness I had My Best Buy Total to replace the broken one otherwise I would have had to pay full price for a new machine since the warranty was only for one year. Hopefully, the first one was a lemon and I have better luck with this new dishwasher.

However, the cleaning is great and the outside stays nice due to the no fingerprint finish. I’m very happy with the purchase for the price point paid.

It was priced economically and, very importantly, had the correct dimensions to fit into the space in the kitchen. The installers were professional and efficient and gave it a test run before reminding us of the warranty services. My children live in our rental and are very happy with their new appliance.

It is not even 3 years old yet, and should not be broken already. I am not happy with the quality of this purchase. They also had a geek squad person come who cost me $100, who came and ran the dishwasher listened to the cycle and diagnosed it without even pulling the machine out and checking any of the lines. I was not happy with the service and how much it would cost to fix is half of what the machine cost to begin with.
