The movie was ok. The plot of the movie isn't exactly an original concept, but it was still kind of funny. Just a warning; there is a lot of foul language in the movie. The DVD does contain a lot of bonus material.

The humour is very vulgar and there was not much of a story but there were some very funny scenes that made the movie not a total write-off. The second half was better than the first but it was never truly 'great'.

This was one of Brian's first films after "Breaking Bad" finished its run. He was much better as Dalton Trumbo and was pretty much wasted in this film. James Franco used too muck profanity in the film.

Funny, but needless excessive vulgar language. I actually enjoyed it from about the mid point on even if it was totally unbelievable. It was funny, and kept me entertained..

Fun plot line, but the language was pretty strong. Would not recommend for children or adolescents.

Initially, this movie was not high on my list of movies I wanted to watch; however, it does have some good laughs and is worth adding to a movie library.

If it werent for the main actors, this movie would be pretty bad. But since James Franco and Bryan Cranston are great, it made the movie fun. but certainly not great.

I love franco and Cranston. But this movie had something missing. The comedy was there al beit filled with cried language (and tons of it). But still not the greatest.

This movie is exactly what i expected, over the top. But i was looking for that, and that is why i would recommend it to someone just wanting a stupid funny movie.

Wasn't sure what to expect when I purchased this movie, sorry I did. Was a little too raunchy for me. Gave it to the kid next door. Very disapointed in this movie.

This comedy is pretty funny if you are a fan of Malcolm in the middle and James Franco then this is a funny movie you can always watch around the holidays.

This may not be up there with “Christmas Vacation”, but it is still a nice addition to your holiday movie collection. It’s good for some laughs.

This movie is well acted and funny at times. But it never is laugh out loud funny and the story is the same old tired and overdone comedy love story.

I'm not sure where to start with this comedy. The theatrical trailers make it look way funnier than it actually is. In fact there are few laugh out load moments and more cringe worthy scenes. I'm not sure why comedies like these have to use the fbomb for every other word,even for adult comedies like this one. I will say it isn't unredemable however it comes during the last 10 minutes of the movie. Mediocre movie worth collecting once it hits the 5.99$ bin.

Seen one you have seen them all type of comedy. It was cheap when I bought it. Wouldn't pay full price on this.

Obviously a very crude movie... dont want the kiddies watching this one but was a funny movie although crude it was funny. Not bad at all....

Yep, it's exactly what you think it's going to be - a James Franco movie. But it's funny and worth watching. No kids - language is rough.

The movie was funny but way over the top with the language. I am a pretty open minded guy but uncomfortable with the language in the movie

havent seen movie yet. bought this as a gift. heard it's good but not something you want to watch with your younger kids around

The movie is a good watch. It's funny. Not the greatest, but not disappointing either. I'll probably watch it again.
