Best efficiency of ALL portable air conditioners!!!!! Dual exhaust feature makes this the KING of portable air conditioners

This AC is the best way to go,you have dual Inlet and Outlet air flow to direct the warm air out while bringing cooler air into the room.

Purchased this hoping it would cool better than 10,000 BTU unit I already had. It is not doing as well as my old one, which by the way, was much cheaper.

It doesn’t make your room cold but it Does help a bit I would buy a different brand like Honeywell maybe

ran this less then 30 days and had to send back for repair. it lost all the freeon one night. on a good note company support got back to me same day and it was off to be repaired the next day.

Great unit! Bought it to cool my room in southern California.

I would not purchase this unit again. The back cover of the intake keeps falling of since the day it arrived, so I have it taped to hold it together. Exhaust vent shoots straight up and doesn't help in circulate across the room. I have to use one of my fans and rest it atop the unit to held circulate through the room. It does half the square footage they advertise. We live in Seattle wa and doesn't get very hot here except 1 week out of the year. So I'm not asking it to fix a " Vegas heat"

This product was very expensive and did not perform as described. The thing is HUGE. I only had a few opportunities with really hot weather to test it out and when I was certain it did not work Best Buy would not back the product and referred me to the manufacture. Don't know if we have a damaged unit or the product just doesn't perform as promised

We brought this unit june 2017, by July 2019 the fan loosened and the blades broke off. The AC no longer let's out cool air. Now I'm looking online to replace pieces. Too expensive to break so easily

Worked well for a few weeks, but now it won't maintain a setting on high fan. Very frustrating...not effective at all anymore. Should be able to last more than one 90+ degree day.....but it didn't.

I would buy again if I needed too. I have owned other portables but this one is the best.

On the fourth day of using this air conditioner, I turned it on in the morning and it started to smell like a burnt motor! It made me nauseous. I had to keep the windows open in 90* weather.

When I use this air conditioner, the humidity in the room increases! In the last 45 minutes, it when from 47% to 54% and rising.

Ac seemed like it worked great but the open box I purchased was in terrible condition even though is stated it was an open box excellent. First time I've experienced that..

Manufacturer claims 14000 btu cooling this unit performs way under that. The build quality leaves much to be desired, very flimsy plastic used throughout. Does not dehumidify, at all.

Twice I sent an email to support, they ignored me.
