I prefer the Honeywell portable AC which you can position the air flow

I packed it up for the rest of the year until the next summer. I just got it all setup, filter cleaned, followed all the directions and it doesn't cool. No cold air blowing. Google is NO help and I can't find any customer service options, too late to return of course. I'm very angry and hot.

Terrible Product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I do not know what they used to measure the BTU output of this product, but it does NOT put out 14,000 BTU. One thing I’ve read is window units pump out more BTU’s than a portable unit. Well in any case, they should be measured the same. Honestly, the first night it struggled to cool a 12x12 room with 8 ½ foot ceiling. And on top of that you have to manually empty out the water collection tank every 4-6 hours. Our old 8,000 BTU window unit could cool off our room in an hour or less and I didn’t have to drag it all the way across our apartment to empty the water out of it every night. Also, I noticed the build quality was a little suspicious at best. I looked down through the main vent and some of the plastic clips were not even connected where they were suppose to go as well as some of the screws were not attached. No we have and LG unit and it does the job however, it creates a lot of condensation and starts spitting water out the main vent after about 2 hours… But at least I dont have to drain it! So, do what you will with that info…
