I received excellent customer service and the salesman knew exactly what I needed.

The tech was quick and efficient. He assured me I could have installed the cameras, but I felt better since he did it. No problems and he gave good advice on charging the cameras too!

Your men who came to my home to install my already bought blink were less than stellar. The first time they came they didn't bother to see if the cameras were working properly. They then came back and got two of the three working properly but the third they said they would come back the next day with a lithium battery, apparently completely ignoring that my husband had a lithium battery. They did not return the next day and we eventually placed the battery that we had in properly and friend helped us place it on the garage. But I payed to have your team complete this project and they did not. Do I get some refund for doing some of the work ourselves? We are elderly and it was not possible for us to teeter on ladders , etc. to do the work, hence the $179 I believe that we paid for such a job to be done.

The Geek Squad agent efficiently and proficiently set up the cameras and accounts for us - then patiently explained everything to us.

got a window from 7 am till 1pm got a text at 10 am that they will come from 10 am till one 12:30 pm i call customer service to see whats going on hour on the phone finally get a rep mind u its 1:30 pm after several attempts they finally got in contact with install guy was told he can still make the appointment this was 2pm by now then they made me contact the install guy he told me i can be there within the hour install guy showed up around 3 pm after my contact install guy said i dont know why they schedule people those time windows since they are not accurate install guy was nice install was pretty quick but lack of product demo .also got a case number after several attempts ive tried to contact customer service two hour waits then finally get called back to get hung up on i basically gave up on trying to resolve the issue i usuallly spent over 5k at best buy and this is unacceptable.

Very happy with my purchase of the Arlo Pro 2. The Geek Squad install was great. They were great to work with and were very informative. Highly recommend the security camera and the install by the Geek Squad.

the geek squad came out an installed for me. he was ok. at first it seemed like he did not want to do the job but then he did it. was not that hard to do but I do not have the tools to do it myself
