    After 3 no shows someone finally showed up and said that I was missing a QR code so he could not install even though he definitely could have used the serial numbers for set up and had nothing to do with the actual mounting of the cameras and left. I was charged for an install and it took weeks of long lines home calls to get my money back.

    I have yet to have cameras installed as I was having internet problems when they came out to install Them. I've had personal issues that delayed my calling to reschedule the installation.
