So-So

What was suppose to be an hour service call was much longer. At the end of it all of the cameras were NOT mounted and working.

Demand Product Knowledgeable

Mainly wanted Geek to show me the functions of the unit. I have an Arlo system that has been discontinued and will be no longer updated, hence Eufy. Wanted geek to shoe me how to turn off status lights on cameras because I don’t want my condo neighbors to know they’re being recorded. Geek claimed not possible, put tape over light on the camera. Wanted geek to set a schedule for night to mornings recording only. Geek claimed not possible. WRONG on both counts I set up no statue lights on camera and set a schedule. BB either needs to train their geeks better, or send the appropriate geek that’s knowledgeable of the product. Also there was another job to be performed involving my tv that was never addressed. Partially my fault, and definitely his. If there isn’t 2 different items to check off on their lists or more, there should be. In fairness I’ve had great experiences with Geek Squad in the past, but this wasn’t one.
