Geek Squad - Epic failure with execution
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We use the Geek Squad because they’ve done such a good job in the past. Not this time. Konrad came out and we decided where to place the cameras but he never told the installer. He didn’t show up for the job so we had to track him down to have him talk to the installer We tried to order 2 mire cameras and to have the last camera from the first purchase and gave never gotten anyone to respond. We will not be using Best Buy again if this is the new customer experience you offer.

Highly disappointed in this process

I initially purchased Ring battery security cameras on Dec 21st. They were to be delivered and installed on Dec 28th. I received a call on the 28th that the cameras were not available and I needed to rescheduled. I called and after a week of being given the run around I was able to reschedule on the 3rd of January. When I went online, I noticed that the respondant never actually scheduled the install. I ended up going into the Central 75 location on Jan 5 and the associate decided to cancel the order and rebook. The earliest he could schedule was for the following Monday. I went online that Monday to check and confirm the appt and noticed that was NEVER booked either so I ended up booking it for the Wednesday, Jan 11th. Now its Jan 11th and I receive a call from the dispatcher that they are unable to come and I would need to reschedule. This is now 3+ weeks and still have not been resolved. Highly disappointed in this.
