This was my first experience at Best Buy and I’m not sure it could have gone any worse. My first point of contact was the kid on the sales floor, he was awesome, but it went steadily downhill from there. I was originally scheduled for install about a week after my purchase. I had an appt for 8am-4pm, got a call at 11am saying they wouldn’t be coming. This happened 5 more times, the exact scenario or some version of it. Eventually they showed up and installed the tv but could not do the security system. I had workmen show up and say they did not even know why they were there, that “the ticket didn’t say anything except to go to my address”, when I googled Best Buy complaints, this was definitely a constant issue that many others mentioned. I have spent countless hours on the phone, every customer service agent apologizes profusely and mentions that they would be upset too, but no on ever does anything or calls me back. Purchase was made in February, competed in June. I eventually called the store manager, he seemed very kind, and to take it seriously, told me he had a death in the family and never called me back.

My Samsung went out after three years had a five-year insurance policy on it they kind of talked me into a Sony 65 inch and I’ve regretted it. The Sony keeps going off and staying off for a few minutes

Great job done well. I would use this service again.

1 star for actually getting someone out to install the cameras. It took 4 months. 5 stars for the team actually installing the security cameras.

I.purchase Ring Security from Best Buy, with Geek To install. 2 men, 1:45 hr later system Ring Motem Not working this was 4/19. new motom arrive 4/24 Now 4/28 and the children at Geek have not returned,.made appointment and no one shows

Satisfied with my Ring camera performance. Helpful for when I’m away.

Install of cameras was completed by a third party and did not work properly due to wifi issues. No real advice was provided for next steps. I called Geek squad and asked for a site visit by a Geek squad professoinal and I suggested to them what I thought might help to make the cameras work properly. Not the usual great service that we normally receive from Geek Squad.

Overall experience very pleased. I love my cameras .

It was never installed by Best Buy because the installer that showed up said he couldn’t install the product because it was a new install and not a retro fit. He said he didn’t have time to do it . I asked the associate in Best Buy several times to make sure that the installer was going to be able to install the ring spotlight and told associate that there was nothing in the spot I wanted and he assured me that the installer was fully qualified to do the job. My main reason for wanting someone from Best Buy was because I had a ring doorbell, indoor chime and the spotlight camera all of which I was having a problem programming properly on the app! I’m very disappointed to say the least!!!!

First and last time using this service, I paid for the service to install 2 cameras, and agent finally installed (Barely) Only one, at this time camera is having connection issues, and I had to do half of the job myself

Geek squad was on time, very knowledgeable & helpful.

The installation person came from another county because the local location refused to work and made it very clear with profound language beibg used.
