Can’t install direct wire camera

Still can’t get one of the cameras to work

Contacted Best Buy geek squad and they are coming back out to see if they can get it to sync up. It was purchased new Wi-Fi and still not working. Fingers crossed

Took my tool key and battery!

I been trying to contact them as well as geek squad and they can’t see to get a reach of them.

Problems with LG TV

It took about 3 months to get it installed and working with my LG TV. It still does not work correctly. If you want to be able to zoom, it doesn't zoom. It does have good night vision. I tried to get help from both Geek Squad and the Manufacturer, but wasn't able to get the problems resolved.

Poor Installation

Was told power supplies were not available and would have to use solar panels for the camera's. Best Buy's website has the power supplies at 20 dollars a piece. Wires from panels were just left hanging. One panel is not even in the sun light. At 70 a piece its money wasted. The camera's that were installed are easy enough to do yourself.

THIS THE WORST SERVICE EVER

Finally got some who said he could schedule the appointment but I would have pay additional $99 more, I told him I want to cancel the service and he cut the off. I disputed the charge on my account 5 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my refund. This is the WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED.
