    Not happy with the installer’s installation choise

    The installer (Matt?) installed one of my outside cameras where the light has to stay on all night to power the camera. He should have installed it to the power before it gets to the switch. This is not an acceptable option.

    First tech got Arlo running but knocked out Alexa devices. Second tech got Arlo running and Alex online again but knocked off my Netflix and Amazon Prime on TV. I paid $150 for this????

    I bought 4 cameras for my new house but only two were installed. 2 flood light was not installed because according to the tech they are not electrician and the two flood light are hardwired.

    I had the guy show up an then he informed me he only installs the camera an he doesn’t do set up anything else so he began hanging up the cameras but he placed one of them in a area I did not ask him to so he used different wood screws because an I quote” I like using sheet rock screws better then the ones that come in the box”. But I informed him not only did he place a camera in a place we’re there were all ready three other wire fed cameras an I did not want a camera there please ask before you just rip apart my house with the oversized screws please he went on just hanging up the camera he never checked to see if they were working nor asked if I had any question so I informed him I did not understand how to operate these cameras. He went on to state he really installs these he like working with safe light system so I need to go Nike an look up how to start up the systems an trouble shoot it. So I called an had a different crew come out to finish an they stated because the guy placed the camera in the wrong area if it was moved it would leave large holes in my wood work because of the large screws used so I am stuck with a camera I don’t need in a area covered already by s camera wire fed would not use them ever again to install camera system it was horrible I wish I could get my money back it was a waist of my time

    Not impressed with your cameras at all. They stay off line or not working at all. One will go live, and when you try to go live on another, it says it is not able to load.

    The installation was not good. The installer had small ladder. I was told he would be prepared for any problems. Wouldn’t recommend for $129

    Solar panel placed in wrong position. Does not catch the sun to charge ring camera. Very, very unhappy.

    Agents mounted the two cameras. They don't seem to work as advertised. Can't get a picture on a regular basis.

    Junk! Arlo solar panel will not charge in sun! South exposure and no charge! Will return! Will return all of Arlo equipment! Ultra 2 can’t record live or 30 seconds during an event! Cost lots and no results worth a crap! Going back to Nest!!!

    Had extensive problems getting my cameras installed. The installer could not connect my cameras to power (which I already paid an electrician to install in my attic for this purpose). I also purchased the $40.00, 32 ft cords for each camera which I just happened to find out I needed during my own research online. The technician installed the cameras but they ran on battery power only. I then had to pay an electrician 128.00 per camera ( i bought 7) to install them. Not happy.

    Nice guy, terrible quality of installing and setup. After complaining Andy calling the salesman, with no answer or call back from my message, who sold me this I finally just decided to go it on my own. I called Ring and with their assistance I managed to setup everything myself and it now works great, no thanks to geek squad or Best Buy. I’m definitely reconsidering my Best Buy purchases for the future!
