Some cameras not working properly.................

I called at least 15 times trying to get this service scheduled. They never listened to me, and kept setting the appointment for when I told them I was unavailable. I called multiple times asking for a manager, but they never called me back. I asked to hold until one could come to the phone and they said no. This service was so ridiculously pathetic that I cancelled my membership with them and hired someone out of my own pocket to do the installation.

Iam sorry to tell you,but it didn't hold.it keeps switching back to 5gh

The service providers were very efficient and professional

The red glow on the cameras attracts moths during the night so my cameras are almost continually recording. Other than that it is great.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Service was initially ordered incorrectly and charged wrong by tech after mistake brought to his attention; appointments rescheduled 3 times without my consent; service was marked complete after missed appointment and no installation done. Took over a month and still did not get my service or resolution. Tried to charge me for service order mistake that was tech's fault with written proof in chat transcript. Best Buy lost a long time customer. Keep your chat transcripts and log every interaction with Best Buy, Totaltech and Geek Squad.

They installed the camera too high up into the eves so that’s pretty much all we can really see. Been try to get the 3rd party vender to come out to reinstall but they don’t return calls. I’m getting pretty upset so my next move is to just go into the store and pitch a fit there. I hope Best Buy and the Geeks aren’t giving up on good customer service because I can spend my money elsewhere.

The guy who came didn’t fix the issue. He gave me his number if I still had issues. I texted him a couple weeks ago, no response. My cameras are not working correctly

Had to have geek squad come out again to fix some things but other then that it's ok and camera pixels are ok

The agents got my cameras back online after trouble shooting the dvr

Upon completion of installation one of two cameras installed did not work until I had a third party(ATT) come in and add a WiFi extender. I called my Best Buy associate for advise but did not get any help. I thought the cameras would be operational upon installation but that was not the case. My signal is still not adequate as the cameras don’t always work.

Tech wasn’t able to connect all the parts. I have a subwoofer he didn’t connect and it’s just sitting on the shelf. I had to pay in advance for an incomplete service. I feel, if he couldn’t connect my system than I should not have been charged.

The Best Buy team gave the wrong specs for the product.

My ring device waa set up properly. However, the geek squad that is throug a 3rd party is a joke. Best Buy needs to have their own people to talk to, not someone thousands of miles.away and can't troubleshoot

Installation was great but all cameras are not working due to outdated firmware.

Job not complete, camera didn't match solar panel. Your subcontractor to Geek was more interested in rushing to leave then helping me resolve the the problem. I finally after the service tech left spoke with sales agent to was to call me today with a solution Tom M. He never called me today 12/2. He did acknowledge he sold me the wrong solar panel. Really really bad over all experience with this whole sale on this transaction. Had problems before this just getting scheduled. Now waiting for final replacement and install. This is my second Florida home that I specifically flew to get this install done.

the agent hooked up tv sound bar did not hook to wifi hooked up arlo doorbell/3 cameras and 1 camera was not working they stated battery needed charging this was not the case it was not installed properly

Very upset about my installation because I told the lady I needed someone to ckeck my spotlight camera because it wasn’t working and she sent someone who couldn’t work onit and then when I called she said I have to pay again this is ridiculous

We had to wait a couple weeks for installation. Then the camera began to malfunction (Error-Battery Door Open) almost immediately. Agent came back out and said there was nothing he could do.

First they didn't know that much second the batters don't last long
