    I have had 4 scheduled appointments and my cameras are still not install correctly. Two times they were installed wrong and two times scheduled was a no show. Have took off work twice on these no shows and no one has show up and all I get is I'm sorry, lets reschedule.

    The agents connected it without finding out how to work it so that the recordings come through with a time limit that is more than 30 - 40 seconds! sometimes less. Also, without determining that it is not NOT something that needs a continual payment over and above the purchase fee!

    Geek Squad broke my door bell now I have to sue

    They came and didn't know what they were doing and either they broke my chime or burnt out my transmitter. All I know my door bell worked before they started the job and now it doesn't work. They claimed I need a new transmitter. The issue is the transmitter was installed that morning and it worked. They rung the doorbell before I answered the door, and others rung the doorbell before they came.

    They never did the work. They are quick to charge for the work and slow to refund money for work that was never done. I asked for the installation of 4 security cameras. After paying, they never showed up and finally called and said they were not allowed to install security cameras in NJ. Getting money refunded was like pulling teeth.

    I paid almost $400 for my cameras to be installed by someone who didn’t know what they were doing and had to redo them myself

    The men that came to mount the cameras needed more education in the placement of the cameras. Not happy with what they did.

    Worst disgusting service store and online system specially for geek squad service terrible after you purchased item then you have to go back and forward hole store every time you go to the store or calling online to set up the appointment no more quality job at all.

    I had to go around and remount every one of them because he had no power equipment so he used a screw driver to do the work. I even asked you don’t have any tools with you and he said no I do it by hand. I knew it wasn’t going to be good and it wasn’t obviously.

    Since the install of a securiry camera has been scheduled four times and no one has ever showed up or called. I am a Total Tech customer and I am very disappointed to say the least. I have had a smart security flood light installed and a security camera in the past and have been satisfied with the service. I need to speak to a supervisor. Please note the service has already been paid for.

    first, the geek squad called and said the GPS left him at street # 17414, my home was 17505. Just keep driving I said and he asked, north or south? I knew then that the install would not go well. When I helped the installer determine that another part was needed which he didn't have, I just sent the whole thing back! very disappointed.

    Install did not occur. There was an issue with the services available and the way that the person who entered the order did so. We now have cameras that need to be installed, which we will pursue on our own. We were also expecting a refund for services not provided and have not seen this reflected on our card statement. I don't expect that I will even try to use Geek services again.

    The installation team no-call no-showed me twice, installed the doorbell wrong so that it started going haywire in the middle of the night, and wouldn’t come back to fix it. I ripped everything out and took it back to the store. Absolutely horrible customer service. Never allowed to talk to the local store and every hold time is at least 40 minutes. I can’t believe anyone still shops there.

    Installers didn’t seem to know what they were doing, would not recommend these young men. Very nice just didn’t know how to install this particular product.

    I have had issues with Best Buy, with the products I wanted and what they sold me. I am currently on call number 6 or 7 trying to get the " geek" to call me back. My next call will be to the manager of the store, and then corporate if that doesn't work.
