    This guys a poor asf sorry for that ..but just didn't same to want to do the job keep making me choose another typyof camara cus this one were wire camaras n they didn't install them cus of that...I mean u pay them to do thier job right next I'll just buy the stuff n install my self

    INCOMPLETE Install for MONTHS!!!!

    This service was not completed in full. One of the cameras was defective and the agent was to coordinate getting it replaced and installed. Despite repeated phone calls, voicemails, and attempts with customer service, sadly no one has been able to take ownership over this issue and resolved.

    Would give this company a -5. Their customer service is a complete joke. You can call them and wait 45 minutes, then get transferred to another department and wait another 30 minutes. Their geek squad, is another really bad joke. How this company stays in business is beyond me. Stay as far away as possible

    Install took some time, one of four cameras was not working. Was told camera might reset itself but if it didn't within 5 days, a Tech would come back with a replacement. After 5 days, other 3 cameras failed. Was told it would be 2-3 weeks before a Tech could come back to troubleshoot.

    Very nice picture…everything about this camera was great EXCEPT for the fact that it only has the flimsy magnetic charger! No other way to charge the cameras so I had to return them.

    Guy showed up with no ladder... hot and sweaty from last job, complaining about it....so no cameras were installed. Not sure if I ever got a refund. Second guy came out and refused to install, because the electrician failed to show up and install outlets. I had extension cords on hand, but he said no and left....

    Was not happy with the demeanor and behavior of this outsourced tech. He was a heavy smoker and my whole house smelled like that hours after he left. He also made comments about guns, and just gave off a very uncomfortable feeling.

    Very poor service. Best buy outsources all their work. The technician came and blew my transformer and left me in limbo. I am following with best buy for a month now with no help. Worst possible service.

    I’m not very happy about the service the installation was cancel and they said they would get back to me they never did I had to call them back to make another appointment so I’m still waiting for my installation to be done and I never received the Best Buy credit card I was approved for

    My window for installation was between 4:00-8:00pm. My service agent arrived at 8:oopm. It was already getting dark in my area for exterior cameras to be installed. The agent was not helpful at all, and wasn't knowledgeable about the product. He stated that Geek squad hasn't been installing these cameras that long. I personally would not recommend Geek squad for this installation

    Unable to install wired floodlights

    I made 2 apointments to install my wired floodlights and neither technician was able to install. The last tech stated that they would talk to their supervisor to send another guy out. That was almost 2 months ago and still havent had floodlights installed.

    Absolutely HORRIBLE Service .. they sent Geek Squad to install smart garage door controller but GS does not install hard wired smart garage door controllers ..

    Geek squad need to step up there services . They are not as intelligent as most of think they are . Each time I put in a request for services , they can’ do it when they arrive or they perform poorly . That have even shown up to my residence unannounced . Poor , poor service .

    The communication was HORRIBLE! I would never recommend Best Buy to install anything! After several failed rescheduling attempts I was never able to have it installed. I waited for two days in vain after they had assured me that they could do better! WRONG. No call, No show!

    Guy never showed up. Kept on making excuses about coming for installation of camera and connecting with the hub. Got Amazon and they came the same day and it took one half-hour for everything.

    Geek squad, Bestbuy and it affiliates are horrid

    I lost all respect for Bestbuy, Geek squad and third party vendors they are associated with. I'm not getting into my experience with them but I'll let you know the service of instillation, scheduling follow up service, and just answering the phone is all a game to those Geeks. I just sat customer beware.
