    After 3 people came to my house in less than 15 days to install security cameras. none of these people were able to install them. They made me change Rin for Arlo and neither of the last two guys knew how to connect them.

    Horrible experience! Geek squad came out to do the installation for my Arlo doorbell camera and flood light. The tech was not knowledgeable about the product and the installation was subpar at best!

    Best buy got me waiting for my stuff over a week. They gave me a date delivery andthey never showed up. I called them multiple times and kept saying i would get my stuff delievered but never happened. Very disappointed

    yes the installer seemed ok but i received no comprehensive information, only 5 of the 6 inside work at a time, the outside keep going on and off and the inside don't record. And I asked for a return visit from the in home consultant and no communication in a week. A really old man I take care of lives there. This is unacceptable

    I never received the smart camera but was still charged for the set-up. I brought it to the attention of my Geek Squad rep and he directed me to call the 888 BestBuy hotline because that wasn't in his control. Choppy service from Geek Squad.

    Returned the Ring Door Bell

    When they came to install there wasn't sufficient voltage. Said I needed an electrician. That would have cost me as much as the unit. I returned the door bell.

    Geek squad at best buy told me the cameras I purchased were wireless and said they could install them then called 2 days before the appointment date and told me they couldn't install my cameras because they had a power cord and they don't do anything with wires

    The Geek Squad installation was good, but the camera was not worth the money. It didn't work as I expected, but nobody told me that. I was told it is going to record everything, but just recorded maybe 5 minutes in every hour. I had to return it.

    Geek squad does not install cameras in NY state and it only took 3 phone calls and transferred to 6 people to get my money refunded never again would I use them

    5 mos later and I have to have them back out here the techs never showed me the settings ect.... The tech did just the bare minimum,I did more adjustments then him, actually this will be the 3rd time I have had to have them out here and they are wireless cameras!

    Poor Service. Trying to get 8 cameras installed since February 26, 2023. Installers supposed to come to my home "6" times no installation or no-show techs.

    Nightmare on my street

    The technician came and he drilled a hole the size of a golf ball in my wall, and left it. I could see the outside from the inside of my house through this hole. I had to leave it this way for 4 days as they could not send someone back out. Not to mention it was raining.

    The installer installed the camera in a different spot than I was originally told it would be installed. Now it doesn't cover the area I was hoping for. And he positioned the solar panel in a spot that will barely get any sun.

    I paid for 2 camera installation, but when the technician came he said he was told to do only one , I ended up having to pay another technician an additional $150 to finish the job . The geek squad service is an absolute rip off !
