    We think 7:00 am as a starting time is rude and ridiculous. Plus we had too many non- show ups when scheduled

    i needed geek squad to make image to show on monitor. picture go on and off. maybe geek squad can give me another visit. i will get an electrician to change outlet. and geek squad can return.

    Wireless vs. Wired Cameras.

    Order was incorrectly written to install "wireless" cameras. The install team was not able to install the "wired" cameras and the service was to be cancelled.

    The cameras are not working and I am still waiting for the Geek Squard to fix the problem after trying for 5 times. Hopefully the 6 time the can fix the problem.

    Geek squad unable to pair cameras to base station

    Paid for in home connect of Arlo cameras. Tech showed up and could not connect cameras to base station and left after 15 minutes. I was able to connect myself after he left. ?

    agents mounted and got cameras(3) to work two hours later they dont work.now thet work when they want to.have to have someone come and fix the issue

    The workers did good but I was very disappointed to learn that my 4 wireless security cameras can not use the activity zone! So therefore, I am very unhappy with my cameras!

    Geek squad never showed up or called. When I called to see why, I was on the phone for over 45 minutes and no one answered. My device still needs to be installed.
