Tech was extremely rude when asked questions and or clarification

The tech don’t listen the client he is working own choice

This is my 3rd set of arlo cameras. Still don’t work.

I had to cancel my total tech support. They never showed up for weeks.

Camera was not installed and lights were messed up on home.

Cameras don't work right. Now other issues in house wi fi

I was disappointed by the consultation, lack of problem solving and suggestions.

The installation did not happen. Third party screwed everything up.

Returned item, due to be rescheduled 4 times by the installers.

They couldn’t install because camera was defective

Brandon installed our new ring cameras and solar panels. He asked us about how where to use the cameras to improve security and then quickly recommend placement location, installed and set up each camera and solar panel. He made sure that the cameras were all linked to our existing system. Quick, neat, courteous and good representative of Best Buy Total Tech.

The Arlo system serves me well. It captures a wide angle view, however, it is mounted in a high traffic area causing detection every few seconds, ive adjusted the Svensson settings, but, i still get constant movement. The battery life for the ones not in high traffic areas will last well up to 2-3 weeks without a charge, however, over time the battery depletes and must be charged daily. Overall, this was a great purchase, i will purchase additional devices. The Geek Squad came out and set everything up, and adjusted the angles for bed views. They were remarkable. In and out less than 30 minutes.

Geek Sqd came to install Arlo Doorbell Camera and Indoor Camera. The install of doorbell camera went fine. The Sqd couldn’t got the indoor camera to work and said it was defective. We returned the defective camera and got a new indoor camera and another appointment. A Geek Sqd member arrived and set up the new camera. We had questions regarding the doorbell camera. The camera was picking up cars and pedestrians going pass the doorbell camera. The member made adjustments to the camera. The camera now only picks up individuals approaching front door. We are happy so far with the installation.

The agent showed up on time to installed 3 nest cams .He did a great job He knew the best places to install them he was very knowable.I would ask for him for future installs

We had 6 cameras installed. The technician called and let us know his arrival time. He arrived on time was very polite and knew what he was doing. Explained everything we wanted to know. I been a member of the Geek squad for years now it is worth the price. We had one of scammer try to take over our computer with all the bells and sirens going off. I took it to the Geek squad they fixed the problem and showed us how to prevent it.

I love it. Quality of the picture. Is just unbelievable.

The agents installed the cameras without charging the batteries. The weather was gloomy so it took a couple of weeks to have three of them going. The 4th one was installed such that it did not show my driveway completely and would not charge because the solar panel was always in the shade. BB sent another agent out to rectify the situation and we are very pleased. All agents were very courteous and friendly.
