Redo Refused by Best Buy

I ordered longer cords and requested a redo to connect the cameras but Best Buy refused. The cameras with cords were purchased from BB. I did not know they were too short. I feel ripped off.

Geek Squad did factory re-sets paired the devices

He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We would highly recommend him and will request him if we have any other purchases that need to be installed.
