I just bought an Arlo Pro security system for my house, and had the Geek Squad install it. Robert, the tech, was great, had it up and running in about an hour. Best thing about the system, my wife loves it.

SMH right now....What did I get? Apparently nothing. When I originally inquired about getting a surveillance system for my home. I was asked a short list. I TOLD the rep what I already had. He said they could install it. He didn't ask about my phones or wifi. When the tech came he was all over the place, "I can't do this because I didn't have that". He advised me what to then go out and buy. I did that. 2nd tech, same thing. Doesn't work because you need this and that. I was having a hard time staying with him. His level of tech savvy is probably 100 and zilch for me. At the end of the day, NOTHING! NO CAMERAS SET UP AND I CAN'T EVEN REMEMBER WHAT ELSE I HAD TO BUY. Total waste of my time and loss of money. Waste of tech time, as well. The procedure should be: Go to the home to verify what is needed BEFORE YOU PLACE THE ORDER FOR SERVICE.

He went the extra mile and had the prper wall mount delivered and he installed it.

After having to replace one of the cameras, the system has worked perfectly.

Didn’t show for the appointment. I Wasted a whole day. Then they gave me another appointment 4 weeks out. Likely to just cancel it.
