Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.2 Installers showed up three hours late and we’re in a hurry to leave . They Installed one camera that’s did not have a connection and left telling me that I needed to get technical support to get it fixed . I had instructed them not to install a camera that did not have a Wi-Fi connection they did so anyway and refused to Reposition the camera.

Still waiting on the manager to call me. It's been at least a month and ive heard nothing.

Stay away from Geek Squad install - Unprofessional

The arrival window was between 7am - 1pm. Guess what? the technician is no show. I called BestBuy and they're unable to provide an ETA except submit an escalation ticket.
