The service was by far easier than manually installing the cameras yourself. The peach of mind knowing a professional is doing it. The convenience of being able to test the mount location and then having the professional move it to your liking. Also, I have total tech membership and the installation was free and extended support is free. I could not be happier.

Excellent service from the geek squad. Would recommend going to best buy and using the geek squad f or installing any electronics you buy. We we so very thankful that we didn't have to climb any ladders. Thank you !!

Justin came out and connected our new door bell camera to my wife’s cell phone and showed her how to interact with people outside at the door. Easily done and very clear instructions. Already have Justin scheduled to install saddional outside security cameras and flood lights.

I thought would be an easy install but I have a more complicated set up and mixed up two likes so the Geek Squad came out and easily figured out my error. These cameras pick up everything..! Sounds and visuals so take advantage of the options given to be as specific as possible on what you want to be notified of. Also has real good range; they pick up /transmit from over 70feet from my house, which is great (I’m on acreage).

I LOVE MY "RING DOORBELL"!! IT FUNCTIONS JUST AS ADVERTISED. "THE GEEK SQUAD" ARE FABULOUS! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED THEM......AND THEY CAN'T BE BEAT!!

The guys were really nice and patient. While one guy installed my ring doorbell because i wanted it hardwired into my doorbell. The other guy helped me install the mobile app and get the cameras setup. It was quick and easy.

Very helpful. Only drawback, Geek Squad had to make two trips since tech did not drill bits for concrete. The appointment took several hours to complete. Techs much more helpful that Best Buy rep to schedule the install appointment.

I am a Best Buy Company with Geek Squad protection. I highly recommend this. They assist you on phone with PC issues, phone issues, camera issues. It is well worth the price for this protection. Because I had this service I was able to get cameras I purchased at Best buy installed properly with the Geek Squad for no additional fee.

Geek Square representative was very kind and friendly. My husband has dementia, he explained and showed us what he was doing and why. Figured the best place to install for what we were wanting to see.

Having received an email notifying me of a faulty camera part, given instructions on how to replace and how to install this faulty part was of no help to us. We're 78, disabled, and not up to date with anything technical. However, once we were scheduled with Geek Squad (thanks to Grace at BB), the problem was more than solved! Jesus took all the safety precautions and then took the time to fix/change our phones so that we were more than satisfied! Yay GS & Jesus!
