The guy arrived on time to do the installation of my Arlo Cameras, He was very knowledgeable about the cameras and where they should be installed outside. Afterwards, he showed me how to download the app. Then how to use the app for viewing the cameras outside.

The quality of the video is very good. However, the battery needs charging far more often than I thought it would requiring me to get up on a ladder to take it in the house to charge. At 74 getting up on ladders makes me very nervous.

the installation went well installer installed the cameras on the the house, installed software and explained the features. the only problem was the store employee didn't know how to set up the appointment and did not know what the service included.
