I didn’t get there names but the two I had were understand helpful and answered all my questions they were in and out with out delays.

I scheduled for an installation of my ring camera - this was an easy repair. My ring camera failed and was under warranty so I was able to get a replacement camera at no cost but scheduled the installation. In the past I have had good communication with the Geek Squad for expected time of arrival. Unfortunately, this scheduled repair was very different. I received a phone call the day before and was told the repair person would arrive by 11am and would call me while enroute with an updated time. At 10:30 on the day of installation, I called to inquire about a time because I had not yet heard anything. I was then told repair would be to my house by 3pm. I had arranged to miss work for the morning to be available for repair, now I had to miss the second half of my workday as well. I called the Geek Squad at 2pm to, again, inquire, about a time frame. I was told that the person just began working on a repair in the Denver area - I live near the Wyoming border. I explained this to the tech person, that I was at least 2 hours from where the person was currently working. I believed repair would not arrive to my home in the afternoon and asked to cancel the repair for that day. I was told it was canceled. At 5:30, a person from repair called to let me know they were on their way and told me their location. I told them the repair had been canceled and that the location they were calling from was over an hour away and I did not want someone trying to repair my outside camera in the dark - also the 15 miles of road to get to my house has no cell service and I did not want the repair person in a strange place at night with no cell service. The repair person had not been informed of the cancellation and was being asked by Best Buy to travel in a strange, remote environment after dark. Not good.

Listened carefully to my needs. Did the installation quickly and efficiently. Explained usage and answered questions. Just what I needed. No more, no less.

The quality of the video is very good. However, the battery needs charging far more often than I thought it would requiring me to get up on a ladder to take it in the house to charge. At 74 getting up on ladders makes me very nervous.

Love the items but the batteries do Not last long... downfallThey were wonderful

Installers came on time and were able to complete the job without delay. They were able to answer my questions and had good customer service.

The agent 1st removed existing flood light and mounted the flood light camera. Very helpful and clean smooth work.

The contracted installation crew were great! Would hope to have them on my next job.

The techs keep me informed about the install ; offer additional products. We purchase the additional products

As always, the Geek guys did a perfect install. The price is a bargain for how long it takes. They know exactly what to do and how to overcome any technical obstacles. Don't waste your time doing yourself..these guys are the best!!!

Had problem with a recent install. Called best buy. They replaced it. Now works great. Tech Carson knew his stuff. Happy happy.

The gentleman that installed the cameras was very friendly and patient with all the questions we asked while was working on the installation. He went over everything about how the cameras worked.

Service tech knew exactly what he was doing. Installed my camera in the best place quickly and efficiently.

All 4 cameras installed in less than 30 minutes. Gave me instructions as he went

Excellent Geek Squad service. Can't say the same for the ARLO system they installed, but the service technician was helpful and really great.

The Geek Squad installed my Blink wireless cameras and were very helpful in instructions and set up for my use.
