They wouldn’t let me do a review with no stars. The install was scheduled 3 times. Twice they did not show up and the third install was changed( not by me) to a delivery that never came. I was never contacted to let me know that they weren’t coming or why! Each time it took me about an hour to reach an agent who could not get through to the installer to address the issue. I canceled the install.

They did a great job in setting up not only the camera, but the ring app, the solar panel, and the echo show, so they all interact.

Geek squad did a great job, except the doorbell camera is ill positioned that saying they are coming back out to fix the problem at no cost to me! Hope it helps
