Okay we appreciated the service after long waiting

Very professional and kind. It was installed so fast!

The service was to install a nestcam on the outside of my house. I told them I wanted to run the cable from the camera into my attic and then down into my garage where it could be plugged in the AC outlet. I explained this to the operator when I called to request service and was told this was not a problem, that it would cost $130 plus tax and that I would be completely happy with the job, or I could get a refund. When the technician arrived, he mounted the camera very easily onto the soffit of my roof with 2 wood screws, something I could have done myself in 5 minutes, He then told me there was no way he could run the cable thru my attic and he had no experience doing so. He said he was sorry and then left. I called and tried to get someone to fix the problem and was told that a manager would have to come out and access the work and that it would cost an additional $50 just to look at the job. I declined and now I must take the camera down every 2 months to charge it. I am very unhappy with the Geek Squad, they don't honor their proposals and offer no you no consolations.

I bought 4 ring outdoor camera's. Not being too tech savy Geek Squad came out hung up my camera's, set the app up on my phone and showed me how to use it. Excellent service .
