Didn't finish the first time.

They said they would come back the next day but they didn't (even though I called them). So I had to schedule a new installation appointment for them to come back.

Awesome installation

When I asked why not, I didn't really get an answer. It turns out my WIFI signal wasn't strong enough and I need a booster. He should have known that and advised that. Also, he should have advised getting a solar panel for the battery, rather than having to get on a ladder to change the battery regularly. He apparently didn't know much about the product.
