It was not easy getting to the correct people and phone number to have Arlo installed however the installer after the initial communication to install was resolved was completed without issue. I feel the delay was due to COVID and not enough help within the store itself. Arlo is awesome.

Complexities of initial setup should be left to the experienced. Users can easily manage regular operation.

The service rep. Was very rude and impatient with me , he was not kind and showed no customer service etiquette! I was not happy about him , I Paid $129 for an unsatisfactory service, , the camera keeps going off line , we were told to get a WiFi extender and we did , but we’re not sure how to install it . We need help , we are senior adults and some technical issues we are not familiar with , PLEASE HELP us! I feel like I paid my money for the guy to just install the camera with no explanation on how to operate it out of courtesy. Thank you very much for your consideration,Mrs. D. Jones

THE GUYS DID A GREAT JOB MOUNTING THE CAMERAS AND EXPLAINING THE FUNCTIONS AND HOW TO USE GREAT SERVICE AS ALWAYS

The technician was 4 hours late with no notification. Once he got here he installed the mounted cameras with some thought. The “plug & play” cameras that didn’t have to be mounted he just found the easiest spot to plug. I had to move both cameras & later had my son, who lives out of state, mount them for me so they didn’t get blocked or knocked off of the counter.

Set up all my cameras, and even more importantly walked me through how to use them.

Installed the position of an outside camera not to my liking, wanted it on the opposite corner of the house. He moved it to my liking and agreed to reasoning for the placement. But in doing so he left two holes in our siding from the original placement. In your advertisements and videos Best Buy employees are dressed neatly and in uniform, The Geek Squad who showed up for our service was not in uniform which I can understand for they had winter coats on and were working outside, but Best Buy should at least provide a belt for its employees to hold his pants up so his underwear are not showing. Bad look doesn’t bide well for the Best Buy brand
