The agents who installed our cameras did a GREAT job! When ordering install, it will save time if you charge the cameras first, and then program them to the app and your router, etc. By doing all of these steps ahead of time, the installers were here less than 15 minutes!

Geek squad mounted cameras and set up apps on my phone

I don’t like the camera. I purchased the arlo camera and solar panel. The technician told me I wouldn’t have to worry about charging it for at least a year. I had to charge it the next day. The solar panel don’t work well at all. I feel it was a total waste of money. I can’t have it on the settings that I really want it on because then it really drains the battery. So, I feel that it is a waste and not serving the purpose of why I bought it in the first place. I miss so many motions it ridiculous.

only thing I don t like some neighbors complain about the lights to brite in there windows I ask why you don't have curtains also they think its pointed at there house anyone know how to answer those questions I dont intstall the camera I paid best buy to make those installations .

A company that Best Buy used to install my Arlo cameras broke a garden fountain and solar addess decor and did not let me know. The csmeras were installed correctly.

Ian from third party Manada installed 3 Arlo Security cameras and 3 Solar chargers for the cameras. He called before arriving, started right to work installing where we requested, set up all three on wifi, tested strength of signal and showed us how to monitor. I will request Ian for all my installs.

The geek squad was friendly and knowledgeable about the product. They installed cameras very fast and precise.
