I was encouraged to buy 4 arlo solar panel for my Arlo essential camera that the battery do not last. I purchased the solar panel and scheduled appointment for installation because I have a total tech. I book appointment for almost four time because of no show. I missed available outing because of having to stay at home waiting and calling. Unfortunately, I went to Maplewood store to complain for the Fifth time, after a no show, I was told total tech does not cover solar panel installation. I was really infuriated. I almost threw those panel away.... I had to figure installation myself.

Did not know about wire outside before installing this product I was told that it can be wire or wireless miss info.

Geek Squad came out to my house to install Arlo cameras. They were prompt and did a great job.

This Product is definitely a competition for other ones on the market by far right now I would recommend when talking about best of the best warranty for your equipment

The team was in frequent communication with the details on when they would be arriving and called to confirm when they were on there way. Very pleased with the service.

Once they show up they were great They kept changing my appt. time
