We loved our 1st system so well, we bought a 2nd system for our other home. We can see / hear what is going on 24/7 265 also with 2 way talk / hear. Great quality picture / video. Great price. not sure yet what the "recording will cost" as we have 4 months of "free" storage recording...so well see...only drawback so far is the battery...you have to watch your settings / recording as you can burn thru a battery in days / week....its a learning curve...

Mitchell geek squad person did an excellent job was patient took his time work with me to resolve some issues had to uninstall the wired doorbell and install a battery operated one. He is a great agent and an asset.

The gentleman who came out was very professional and had a lot of knowledge about the Arlo Security System. As he installed my system, I was asking questions. Throughout the process and he did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. When he had finished, he showed me the setup on my phone and still continued to answer my questions. Although they may be easy to install, the GeekSquad quickly and professionally installed our wireless cameras. They took all of the time needed to answer our questions. When they left, we were using the cameras to their full potential and knew how to adjust them. Highly recommend!!

I was waiting for the best buy service provider or service partner to install my security cameras at desired appointment date and they haven't showed up or given any communication on their arrival at the arrival window which they provided through text. We have waited all the day for service partner to install the cameras but no one had arrived at my residence. Next day spoke to the Geek squad customer service representative to check why the appointment is missed and they dont have specific reason and they suggested for reschedule of appointment to next following week which I am supposed to travel out of town, now I had to move my plans to get my cameras installed at my home. If they are not able to make the appointment date or time as scheduled, then I would suggest the best buy service partners to properly communicate with the users who are expected to get their gadgets to be installed at an expected appointment date.

Geek squad set up our Arlo Pro 2 security system. Was so helpful and also set up the app needed on our phones. He also gave us his phone number and told us to call anytime 24 hours a day. Perfect service!

The technician was running late but called ahead to let me know. His service made up for this as he went above and beyond to provide good service.

Geek squad agent came to install my Arlo 4 camera system and after several attempts to place the cameras where I wanted them for the protection of my shop and storage shed, he found that my wi-fi wasn't strong enough to get a reliable signal. At that time he advised me that it would be a considerable extra cost to solve the problem. I was able to return the camera system, no questions asked, for a full refund after the agent called Best Buy and explained the situation. I believe that my having the Geek Squad protection plan was a great investment. I just renewed for another year.

The representative went above and beyond to try to fix the problem. Without being able to get into the site because my mother locked us out, he tried every trick in his book to create a work around and still get the install completed. Unfortunately he was not able to do so but I admire his tenacity, his knowledge and professionalism
