The first technician that was sent out told me to recharge the batteries. The batteries were already charged since I have solar panels attached to them. The second visit the supervisor came with the technician and was more knowledgeable about what needed to be done. There needs to be a different payment for a reset rather than a complete install. It is too much money for only a reset.

GEEK squad helped me to install my Arlo Pro 2 cameras at home, they helped me to set them up and connected to the internet. Highly recommended.

Very simple installation, but very difficult to get a timely appointment.

Took the time to show me how to change batteries, set for people motion, and different placement of camera than we thought.

Still can see on camera, This not my frist time having problems for the squad. i paid for prgam, service and I am not receiving it what i paid for.

Tech had difficulty getting Blink monior to sync with wifi. He called someone for assistance. I got it to sync. Quality wasn't as I hoped. Spoke to manager & device uninstalled. These techs who unintalled, were knowledgeable.

Aaron did a great job installing, prompt and helpful.

They installed my cameras and set up the registration all I had to do was show them where to place them and they did a great job

This was a replacement for a camera system that had failed. Installer did not take the time to install properly and walked away from it. Refused to install 3 cameras that they had previously installed. Did not know the product and would not take the time to call Tech Support. When I called tech support I found out the Geek Squad agent was very misinformed about the cameras. I have used the Geek Squad for over 25 years for vehicle stereo installation and remote start. The installer (Matt Zorn) is excellent. However all GeekSquad agents are not created equal. I would have been better off with a theirs party installer on the camera system. Very disappointed!

Excellent in my backyard, with good viewing and light brighten the whole yard with sound true,ly awesome.
