Cameras work great and help give extra security when home and away

The Geek Squad hook up my wireless camera. He was very friendly and answer my questions.

The first technician that was sent out told me to recharge the batteries. The batteries were already charged since I have solar panels attached to them. The second visit the supervisor came with the technician and was more knowledgeable about what needed to be done. There needs to be a different payment for a reset rather than a complete install. It is too much money for only a reset.

I purchased a three camera package. I was led to believe that I could use inside cameras to monitor the outside. The view is OK during the day but not good in the dark. There is a reflective glare in the window that overpowers the camera. Not good. I am not getting the result I wanted. So far I think this was money wasted, I hope i'm wrong.

Your men who came to my home to install my already bought blink were less than stellar. The first time they came they didn't bother to see if the cameras were working properly. They then came back and got two of the three working properly but the third they said they would come back the next day with a lithium battery, apparently completely ignoring that my husband had a lithium battery. They did not return the next day and we eventually placed the battery that we had in properly and friend helped us place it on the garage. But I payed to have your team complete this project and they did not. Do I get some refund for doing some of the work ourselves? We are elderly and it was not possible for us to teeter on ladders , etc. to do the work, hence the $179 I believe that we paid for such a job to be done.

Love the security all my cameras have given me. I even went back to Best Bucky and purchased 2 more.
