    Installer initially showed up about 10 days ago and indicated that the order was incomplete because it did not include information about installing 4 additional cameras and solar panels and advised me to go to the nearest Best Buy to obtain a more accurate order and a new appointment. He never showed up for the new appointment which GEEK Squad had confirmed with him. Moreover I had arranged to be off work today to accommodate him. It took a 72 mile trip and two hours in in your store to reschedule today’s futile appointment. Now going on to 2 months since the original request /purchase for installation.

    I can't rate them, because they made me an appointment for 10-01-25 but no onw vows up, I waited and waited. Nobody showed up! I talk to Call Center, or dispatchers the lady who answered me told me she was calling me to find out what has happened, I guess was her quitting time because she never called me back, it was Wednesday night.
