    If I could give zero stars I would, they came out and said they could not connect my existing camera system, then left and charged me for an install. I called to dispute and was told they would contact me and it never happened. Do not use.

    The agent came out and set up both of my cameras. He also helped me set them up on my wifi and Nest app. Very helpful.

    You sent a young man out without the proper equipment to install cameras on a house. His supervisor said he would call me and that never happened. I then texted him back asking for the corporate number. He texted me back saying he was on PTO. We made arrangements for him to call me on Tuesday. But of course that didn't happen. At this point I want my money back. I am recording this also. In case I have to send it to the BBB. I would also like someone from corporate to contact me also the you mans supervisor supervisor. This is horrible customer service. Btw, my name is Mary not Nerry. Uuuggghhh
