You sent a young man out without the proper equipment to install cameras on a house. His supervisor said he would call me and that never happened. I then texted him back asking for the corporate number. He texted me back saying he was on PTO. We made arrangements for him to call me on Tuesday. But of course that didn't happen. At this point I want my money back. I am recording this also. In case I have to send it to the BBB. I would also like someone from corporate to contact me also the you mans supervisor supervisor. This is horrible customer service. Btw, my name is Mary not Nerry. Uuuggghhh

1st appt scheduled a rep called me to reschedule due to rain. Understandable, he mentioned the can’t work under rain. They knew based on conversation and my sostén what my product was. They reschedule for the following weekend. Then the appt day came and cancelled saying that the geek squad can’t do Wired cameras. I was beyond upset because I wasted so much time and money. Missing work and couldnt take my son to basketball.. just to learn that the Job couldnt be perform. Your Staffing needs more training. Ask the proper questions before Wasting people time.

I was informed by a very pleasant Best Buy salesman that the CCTV system was completely wireless except for the electrical connection to the cameras. I asked three times and got the same answer. Unfortunately it requires a direct internet connection through a wire. Wasted everyone's time. Luckily got it returned.

It took several hours but included solar panels also. Syncing to Arlo showed amazing clarity. And they also are motion activated.
