OK, Best Buy just sent me 7 requests for a survey on the items I purchased for our new home. That aside, the service I received from the installation crew was great. Two TVs, Sound system, and Ring Exterior. Everything went very well. I believe I also received a dozen emails for a 3-month trial of Apple Music & Apple TV. I figure I have 3 years coming to me. :)

The Geek Squad came and located the best places for cameras. they installed and made sure they were working properly. the whole setup was configured on the APP and explained in plain language.

They were very professional and provided me some input on installing the cameras. They were great!

The Ring Camera Installer did a great job! He was more than helpful. He made sure everything with the cameras was working properly and catching the security zones we wanted.

The agent installed 3 outdoor Blink cameras and doorbell in an hour. He called about 30 minutes ahead of his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He was familiar with the system and quickly installed the doorbell and cameras in good locations. He provided basic instructions and answered questions in a friendly manner.

The guys were great when they came out to install the wireless cameras. They were both knowledgable and helpful. It didn't take them long to get the installed and setup.

The agent, Alex, installed 3 Ring cameras to solar panels and made sure everything was working correctly. He was very quick, very personable and professional. Should I have any questions in the future, he offered his number before he left.

We purchased 2 Ring Solar-Powered Outdoor Spotlight Security Cameras with the corresponding solar panels. As I am not very handy, we decided to have a Best Buy technician perform the installation. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome. The technician arrived right on time and was very professional, meticulous, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, patient, and helpful. He answered all our questions and never appeared to be in a rush to finish and leave. We would highly recommend this service to all our friends and family.

The Geek Squad agents that installed my camera were very quick and worked with me on the best placement for my cameras. They made sure all the cameras were positioned as I wanted and that they were all added into the Ring app and working properly. They also verified I could pull them all up on my Echo Show, which was very important to me.

THE TECH WHO CAME OUT WAS AMAZING. HE GAVE ME A FULL EXPLANATION OF THE PRODUCTS HE HAD INSTALLED AND WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL.

GEEK SQUAD came our home in Durham and installed a motion sensor on our outdoor patio area. They did an excellent installation of camera, which is working perfectly day and night. Good work and kudos to the Geek Squad members.
