Agent mounted camera and set everything up for me.

What a mess. Only a costly solution in sight. Bought in March. Installed wrong. It's May 22 and we have to switch to Ring at our expense. We've had a March through May maze of agents and changes to no avail.

I was not thrilled with the installation experience. Had to reschedule, the delivery/installation company is not affiliated with best Buy and they just are not as great. I was hoping they would understand the product but they don't. Don't really recommend them.

Is was Not Geek Squad service it was a 3rd party Installation, and the service was not good at all.I am very unhappy with where my Camera were placed.

It works great for what I want. I got the hang of it now. Easy setup and it works fine.

The installer was excellent. He took his time and went over every detail.

You sent a young man out without the proper equipment to install cameras on a house. His supervisor said he would call me and that never happened. I then texted him back asking for the corporate number. He texted me back saying he was on PTO. We made arrangements for him to call me on Tuesday. But of course that didn't happen. At this point I want my money back. I am recording this also. In case I have to send it to the BBB. I would also like someone from corporate to contact me also the you mans supervisor supervisor. This is horrible customer service. Btw, my name is Mary not Nerry. Uuuggghhh

The Geek Squad installed my Ring Doorbell. No issues so far.

They installed the Arlo Pro2 cameras, they were neat, pleasant, and very knowledgeable.

I had the "Geek Squad" here to install this in my home. First thing he said . Its not wireless. The box that has the system control is wireless, but not the camera's. I would need to run cable through the home to get what I wanted. Not what I wanted. Back to the store it goes.

I liked the boys they were very nice, but my camera is not working right and I do not know the right words to explain what is not happening basically it isn't recording anything.
