    We use the Geek Squad because they’ve done such a good job in the past. Not this time. Konrad came out and we decided where to place the cameras but he never told the installer. He didn’t show up for the job so we had to track him down to have him talk to the installer We tried to order 2 mire cameras and to have the last camera from the first purchase and gave never gotten anyone to respond. We will not be using Best Buy again if this is the new customer experience you offer.

    No one ever showed up. I took time of from work to have these cameras installed but no one showed or called me.
