Very satisfied. No complaints !! Love Geek Squad !!

Still can’t get one of the cameras to work. Contacted Best Buy geek squad and they are coming back out to see if they can get it to sync up. It was purchased new Wi-Fi and still not working. Fingers crossed

Getting a time set up was very challenging but good once completed

1 star for actually getting someone out to install the cameras. It took 4 months. 5 stars for the team actually installing the security cameras.

Not recommend third party installation service. But Strongly recommend Greek squad service to install wireless or wired cameras

Bought Eufy 2 Pro camera system. I have a Geek Squad contract. Mainly wanted Geek to show me the functions of the unit. I have an Arlo system that has been discontinued and will be no longer updated, hence Eufy. Wanted geek to shoe me how to turn off status lights on cameras because I don’t want my condo neighbors to know they’re being recorded. Geek claimed not possible, put tape over light on the camera. Wanted geek to set a schedule for night to mornings recording only. Geek claimed not possible. WRONG on both counts I set up no statue lights on camera and set a schedule. BB either needs to train their geeks better, or send the appropriate geek that’s knowledgeable of the product. Also there was another job to be performed involving my tv that was never addressed. Partially my fault, and definitely his. If there isn’t 2 different items to check off on their lists or more, there should be. In fairness I’ve had great experiences with Geek Squad in the past, but this wasn’t one.

All cameras were installed to get the best coverage.

Was misled by installer. Was told power supplies were not available and would have to use solar panels for the camera's. Best Buy's website has the power supplies at 20 dollars a piece. Wires from panels were just left hanging. One panel is not even in the sun light. At 70 a piece its money wasted. The camera's that were installed are easy enough to do yourself.

The installation person came from another county because the local location refused to work and made it very clear with profound language beibg used.

My geek squad dude was GREAT. He was knowledge and polite.

This was my first experience at Best Buy and I’m not sure it could have gone any worse. My first point of contact was the kid on the sales floor, he was awesome, but it went steadily downhill from there. I was originally scheduled for install about a week after my purchase. I had an appt for 8am-4pm, got a call at 11am saying they wouldn’t be coming. This happened 5 more times, the exact scenario or some version of it. Eventually they showed up and installed the tv but could not do the security system. I had workmen show up and say they did not even know why they were there, that “the ticket didn’t say anything except to go to my address”, when I googled Best Buy complaints, this was definitely a constant issue that many others mentioned. I have spent countless hours on the phone, every customer service agent apologizes profusely and mentions that they would be upset too, but no on ever does anything or calls me back. Purchase was made in February, competed in June. I eventually called the store manager, he seemed very kind, and to take it seriously, told me he had a death in the family and never called me back.

Cameras were mounted, however tech forgot his drill and could not mount the cameras correctly for best view. Best Buy notified, however not heard back from them.

I tried for 3 consecutive days to schedule an appointment, I was transferred to every department until someone cut off the call. Finally got some who said he could schedule the appointment but I would have pay additional $99 more, I told him I want to cancel the service and he cut the off. I disputed the charge on my account 5 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my refund. This is the WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED.
