Geek Squad was great BUt Best Buy does not give you full details about products. We purchased security cameras and a routing mesh system. They were not compatible to each other. After two weeks of work with Best Buy and Geek Squad, it was too late to return or exchange the items. The Geek Squad Technician did everything in his power to help us connect, but it just wasn't happening. We will use Geek Squad again, but it is doubtful we will purchase anything from Best Buy again.

I thought would be an easy install but I have a more complicated set up and mixed up two likes so the Geek Squad came out and easily figured out my error. These cameras pick up everything..! Sounds and visuals so take advantage of the options given to be as specific as possible on what you want to be notified of. Also has real good range; they pick up /transmit from over 70feet from my house, which is great (I’m on acreage).

Solar cameras installed, back camera has not been working right, the other 3 cameras are working solar, like they should, but it’s not working like it’s on battery, not like the others it’s off line right now, not working, plus I opened the box yesterday, an the seals for the rain an dust weren’t put in, so I’m not happy for real, gotta find someone to check them for me,

The agent installed the cameras and solar panels I asked for. He was pleasant, professional, polite, and very helpful. He patiently answered all my questions and respected me and my property. He genuinely seemed to care and want to help.

The Geek Squad agents are true professionals and are knowledgeable in going the work. After several delays in keeping the installation appointment, the technician installed two Ring security cameras and offered helpful information about the products. The information was clearly presented and appreciated.

The service was by far easier than manually installing the cameras yourself. The peach of mind knowing a professional is doing it. The convenience of being able to test the mount location and then having the professional move it to your liking. Also, I have total tech membership and the installation was free and extended support is free. I could not be happier.

The 2 young men who installed my multiple devices were professional, polite and efficient. They asked where I wanted the cameras and made suggestions prior to the installation. They walked me through how to access the devices for best service. I am totally satisfied.

Ryan and Max were great. They wore masks to keep us all safe, and they worked quickly and efficiently. I'd definitely use Geek Squad's installation services again. (The scheduling of the install is another story. Long story, but make sure you get a confirmation of the install appointment, and keep checking it since they can drop of the schedule!.)

We received excellent, professional help installing our outside camera and Ring doorbell. My husband and I are in our seventies, and are unsteady getting on high ladders. The help was very much appreciated.
