The tech that you sent arrived with the worst attitude. Then did not bring her own ladder and used ours. Then on top of that did a very sub par job and even argued with us. Then picked up a phone call during the service and it was about a complaint about her. Then she went in the car and stayed there for over 20 minutes and the we just had it gave back her stuff and told her to leave. I have never had such awful and worst service in my life this should be shut down because of how awful this was. Never ever send someone like that again. How do you even hire someone like that. The audacity seriously.

Had to return the ARLO security cameras that would not connect to our home Wi-Fi. Talk to the article go back to GEEK SQUAD, it was told to return home and call GEEK SQUAD to come out and to install. So GEEK SQUAD canceled it installing appointments three times . On the fourth they were unable to install and canceled the appointment.

At the store I was given wrong information for installation on cameras I was not happy at all and I returned the items back to the store due to the price on installation

Doesnt receive wifi very well but decent. Once in a while a camera goes offline. Its partly where my router is but my phone picks up 2 to 3 bars when next to the camera.

They just do cookie cutter jobs, nothing which requires creativity

Geek squad agent Jesse did a great job. helpful and knowledgeable.

The agent installed the cameras but was unable to connect to my power source because the cords were too short. I ordered longer cords and requested a redo to connect the cameras but Best Buy refused. The cameras with cords were purchased from BB. I did not know they were too short. I feel ripped off.

To instal security cameras on my business since January 23nd still not done and this is the worse experience.Not because of Squad team but because of bestbuy

Agent/tech came to sync and get security cameras operating correctly.I purchased Arlo security cameras--not the 1st set I have had.They're wireless,and the instructions from Arlo didn't work.I contacted the Geek Squad hoping they could get things up and running.
