Good quality cameras. Battery life is not what they stated. I would recommend solar panels

The agent called and let me know when he was on the way. He also mounted my cameras in the area that was best for them and connected them.

The installer explained and showed us every piece of equipment. He was very respectful of our home by wearing shoe covers, wore a mask the entire time, and made us very comfortable in asking questions that we thought may have been considered dumb. He was here to install a 3 camera surveillance system, new upgraded modem, and Eero WiFi mesh system. When done, showed us how to use everything. Jason did a fantastic job and we will be requesting him for our next installment.

Young man by the name of Kory came out to my home and put up the wireless camera in my backyard, then he went above and beyond to make sure the camera in the front was connected and working like the one in the back. He even moved the solar panel up to a better spot so that the sun could hit it. So I was very happy with the way everything came out that day. The other guy from Geek Squad we were not happy with his work at all.

Our guy did an amazing job! We are very happy with our service ! He was fast and friendly! Explained everything and set up in our phones!

The cameras have good resolution and the subscription monitoring plan is affordable. My only hang up is the loud clicking sound the cameras make when it detectes motion. Also i wish Cameras would have been installed higher up outdoors bc the can be easily knocked down or blocked…

The magnet was not installed correctly in 2 cameras causing the cameras to fall and hit the ground I had to exchange it. They didnt talk enough or instruct about having to reset the cameras. Simply safe had to assist with that. Because the power cords were not attached in the beginning by them it resulted in more set up. Simply safe had to walk me through that.

I purchased 3 wireless cameras from Best Buy. I received an discount since I have Total Tech so that was nice. I just had one of the cameras installed and mounted outside my home. The Geek Squad rep was nice and helpful with showing me how what functions to use once I downloaded the app.

1/31/2020 installed easily, given re-install 2/12/2020 easily due to a component needing replacement From Home Installment review to purchase to exchanging/returning for another device to support the system to monitor the Wifi Internet to questions that came up with use of the system, all people involved have been available and answered my questions with their expertise and referred me to options to my satisfaction. I am still learning as there is so much to learn. Thank you.

The 2 young men who installed my multiple devices were professional, polite and efficient. They asked where I wanted the cameras and made suggestions prior to the installation. They walked me through how to access the devices for best service. I am totally satisfied.
