Professional service and well done. I am very happy with the Geek Squad

The agents worked quick and cleaned up everything after themselves. They explained and showed us the operation as best as they were able to. I felt as if they could have done a better job explaining the finer details of the camera abilities and options but they seemed not to be fully trained on them. That was my only downside.

The agent called and let me know when he was on the way. He also mounted my cameras in the area that was best for them and connected them.

Guys were awesome. The system wasn't broken, just needed to be re-batteried, resest and tied to a new app. Nod bad at all. I did have to wait two days. At work. Because the window was 8-2pm, then before four, not showing up until afternoon the next day.

The Geek Squad agents are true professionals and are knowledgeable in going the work. We have been using the Geek Squad services for almost 15 years and they never fail to provide expertise in computer problems, correcting internet connection, and most recently installing outdoor cameras. We are extremely satisfied and will continue our yearly subscription.

The agents that mounted my camera were kind courteous, never complained very polite. Did not make a mess, did everything I asked. Explain what I needed to know about the cameras. They are welcome back. Thank you for sending the agents that you sent.

Ryan and Max were great. They wore masks to keep us all safe, and they worked quickly and efficiently. I'd definitely use Geek Squad's installation services again. (The scheduling of the install is another story. Long story, but make sure you get a confirmation of the install appointment, and keep checking it since they can drop of the schedule!.)

The service was by far easier than manually installing the cameras yourself. The peach of mind knowing a professional is doing it. The convenience of being able to test the mount location and then having the professional move it to your liking. Also, I have total tech membership and the installation was free and extended support is free. I could not be happier.

I thought would be an easy install but I have a more complicated set up and mixed up two likes so the Geek Squad came out and easily figured out my error. These cameras pick up everything..! Sounds and visuals so take advantage of the options given to be as specific as possible on what you want to be notified of. Also has real good range; they pick up /transmit from over 70feet from my house, which is great (I’m on acreage).

Your technician, Nathaniel Lewis is extremely professional, thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgeable in his field. He went over and above to install the equipment according to our needs, and was very gracious and pleasant to deal with. Justin came out and connected our new door bell camera to my wife’s cell phone and showed her how to interact with people outside at the door. Easily done and very clear instructions. Already have Justin scheduled to install saddional outside security cameras and flood lights.

Excellent service from the geek squad. Would recommend going to best buy and using the geek squad f or installing any electronics you buy. We we so very thankful that we didn't have to climb any ladders. Thank you !!
