The agent mounted my security cameras and and they were all connected to my wifi.. was very knowledgeable and friendly to work with . There customer service is really great, i like the fact that i can always trade up to the newest technology.i would definitely highly recommend geek squad.

Geek squad came out and installed our wireless camera. They were very polite, respectful and very helpful. They put our camera right where we needed it. The young man was very patient about which direct we wanted it to face. He also made sure to connect to my phone. That’s slot geek squad.

Checking my desktop computer was as easy as pie this last time I took it in. At 78 years old only know the simple things to do so don't know much and have no one to teach me so I rely on Best Buy Geek Squad who also treat me with respect and correct everything I ask to be checked.

We had a great agent who called ahead and assessed the situation and came out when I had everything ordered. Even though Jim had not installed gutter hangers, he figured it out and did a splendid job. He was so professional and very helpful in setting up and showing troubleshooting steps. Having received an email notifying me of a faulty camera part, given instructions on how to replace and how to install this faulty part was of no help to us. We're 78, disabled, and not up to date with anything technical. However, once we were scheduled with Geek Squad (thanks to Grace at BB), the problem was more than solved! Jesus took all the safety precautions and then took the time to fix/change our phones so that we were more than satisfied! Yay GS & Jesus!

Arlo Sercurity Great Outside Installer Sent by Best buys . A serious problem. made a mess of things ( Email address, etc) Location of one of camera. It has taken me a month to fix some things. Geek Squard & Arlo Support are Great.

The 2 workers were so friendly and helpful. They set up our Ring Doorbell quickly and set up the connection to both our phones and home computer. They were very informative and professional.

We had 4 wireless cameras installed by the Geek Squad. The Geek Squad came out for a free consultation prior to me ordering the cameras. The consultant helped with the choice of wired vs wireless and camera placement. The installer did a good job and I am happy with the install so far.

The first attempt at this install was unsatisfactory. But the second crew you sent was great. They not only installed it correctly, but answered my questions and helped position it for maximum coverage.

They did an awesome job. There were some issues with the product that I bought. Geek squad handled it with ease and came with the right solutions. The local Manager got involved and made it an awesome experience. Great team.

Guys were awesome. The system wasn't broken, just needed to be re-batteried, resest and tied to a new app. Nod bad at all. I did have to wait two days. At work. Because the window was 8-2pm, then before four, not showing up until afternoon the next day.
