The agent delivered our 5 Blink cameras and mounted them around the house. He offered us advice on the best places to put the cameras and took his time to make sure that the view for each camera was excellent. I am extremely happy that he provided the installation. We could not have done it by ourselves.

These fine Geek Squad agents came to our home and installed our complete, six camera system in a matter of a few hours. This included the camera mounting, installation of six Ethernet cables and connections for the NVR and monitor. Quick start training was even provided. These agents knew what they were doing and they completed this project in a professional manner.

The magnet was not installed correctly in 2 cameras causing the cameras to fall and hit the ground I had to exchange it. They didnt talk enough or instruct about having to reset the cameras. Simply safe had to assist with that. Because the power cords were not attached in the beginning by them it resulted in more set up. Simply safe had to walk me through that.

The first two gentlemen who came to install the cameras had a problem and could not do the job. The second two installers were outstanding!! Ariel Rosa and Jeff worked until 10pm getting the cameras connected and installed. Talk about going "above and beyond"...they get 10 STARS!

The guys did a great job installing everything. However, our doorbell has stopped working. I’ve tried to reconnect it and it won’t respond. I will have to reschedule someone to come out and reconnect it…since we can not get it to reset.

I needed 2 new Arlo cameras installed in the front and back of my house. 2 men arrived within the window I was told and did an excellent job in syncing them to my internet and my phone. Then installed them outside exactly where I wanted them. I would recommend using Geek Squad services. I have never had a bad experience with them.

Very nice and professional. They wore shoe coverings to not mess up my floors. Very communicative, explained the setup and how to use the cameras after they were done.

I love the Arlo cameras, I just needed to upgrade my Internet speed because it doesn't work as well without sufficient Internet speed. Otherwise I love the quality and portability, and nothing like not having to keep it plugged in unless you don't wish to remove them to charge the cameras. Excellent camera!

even though i am a technical person, i'm glad i used geek sqad to install my smart system. when they were done everything worked and all my questions were answered. arlo is strange. they make a decent product, but if you have a house and a vacation house, arlo wanted money every month for the second set of cameras and the second controller. the geek boys swithed me to ring at no charge
