my camera was just out of warranty. they suggested that i buy a new battery for the camera. (otherwise, i would have to buy a new camera. i did buy a new camera, and it fixed the problem. THANK YOU GEEK SQUAD !! :}

the gentlemen were on time, efficient and professional about their work. They also were very helpful to me with suggestions and when I asked, with advice on how to use some of the features.

My complaint is that I have total tech. The first time they came out I didn’t have Wifi yet at my house. The did mount the cameras at that time. When I finally got Wifi I made another appointment. Again I have total protect. This time I have the remaining cameras installed and the batteries put in the already mounted cameras. I was charged two fees because I had a total of 10 cameras installed inside and outside my home. I thought this was way to expensive especially since all they had to was put batteries in most of the cameras which technically I had already paid for the first visit. To charge me a third fee for 2 cameras to be set up especially in light of the fact I have total tech and am an elite plus member. Again the installers were exceptional.

My technician was extremely helpful and professional when he installed my Arlo security cameras. I recommend the Geek Squad services.

The agent was amazing and took his time explaining the system until we understood it. It felt like a very personable experience which was definitely needed as we shared risky information . He made sure we were comfortable in our own home but we made sure he was well taken care of as well.

The agent mounted my security cameras and and they were all connected to my wifi.. was very knowledgeable and friendly to work with . There customer service is really great, i like the fact that i can always trade up to the newest technology.i would definitely highly recommend geek squad.

The gentleman who installed my cameras did an absolutely excellent job. I would use Best Buy, the Geek Squad and Top Notch Installations any time and would highly recommend them.

They did an awesome job. There were some issues with the product that I bought. Geek squad handled it with ease and came with the right solutions. The local Manager got involved and made it an awesome experience. Great team.

The service agent installed my two solar cameras. They were facing the wrong direction initially so I had to adjust them myself. However, overall they did a great job with the installation.

Geek squad came out and installed our wireless camera. They were very polite, respectful and very helpful. They put our camera right where we needed it. The young man was very patient about which direct we wanted it to face. He also made sure to connect to my phone. That’s slot geek squad.

The service agent was very pleasant and did not rush the installation. however would never recommend purchasing this monitor system. My batteries need charging and the instructions were not clear to me, this maybe my issues but this product is not working for me. I wish my service agent was more knowledgeable on working this.

Received cameras and doorbell quickly. They were installed by GeekSquad and working as expected. Tech was very patience during setup and explained as necessary.
