The agent who installed my camera was very professional. He ensured to explain what he was doing and ensures the cables were properly arranged. The only thing I would correct was that he showed up late from the pre-scheduled time.

This installer, showed up exactly on time, was extremely methodical, checking the units were charged, helping with my App, going over the entire install with me, showing me how to charge it later. Amazing installer, I believe his name was Cameron.

The camera installations were done right and was installed in the right place where I wanted them. The positioning was clean. They also connected them to my wifi and went step by step on how to use the app.

Everything about the RING system went well from the installation to my husband replacing the batteries in the camera. I do wish the battery did not drain so quickly. We have to recharge it every week. We purchased another one. Hopefully that will help.
