The guys I had where supper knowledgeable! They kept me updated and what the status was! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install anything! they where on time and the job did not take them long at at all!

Well done flat rate install. Even did the solar panels for my wireless cameras.

The agent installed our new Ring floodlight wired surveillance camera so fast and efficiently. He had no problems with the wiring and was so easy to understand. He also helped with getting the Ring App setup on our I-phones and tablets.

Installer was friendly and efficient! He showed us how to set up and use our video doorbell and selected the best location to see the most range of vision in our yard.

The agents mounted my cameras just right for me to be able to see upstairs and downstairs at the same time.

Dan gave us excellent tech support with better results than we imagined installing ring cameras. We are completely satisfied with both product and most of all Dan for his expertise!

After four no shows to install, the fifth time the Geek Squad came unexpectedly. They had a 'cancellation' and could do our install! We had four cameras with alarms, motion sensors, and a Ring doorbell camera. The salesman said they would have a floor plan designed for the installation. I gave him a dimensional drawing of our home. The team didn't know that and just asked where I wanted them! Talk about design on the fly! They said the current doorbell system would not work with the Ring doorbell and left it with me to exchange or return. After they left I opened the box to examine it. A small instructions leaflet said to install a jumper wire to bridge the transformer's contacts. The jumper was still in the plastic package, unopened. So, they just hooked up the camera to the current wire and got no power to it! they determined it was not compatible! I am left without a doorbell camera unless I try it myself. No one provided what I believe should be a sit-down and run-through training session on all the system's functioning and how to set the alarms and disarm them as well. They went out the front door, leaving the system armed. I didn't know that and opened the back door to let the dog out. It had a sensor! I couldn't turn off the alarm. Even tried to unplug it but it still sounded like a fire siren level alert. Had to stuff it under a couch pillow and waited until it shut itself down while I frantically tried to find some directions in a small booklet they left. Too late for looking up instructions but I found them after it went silent. The installer team of three did okay with connecting things. Took up a lot of electrical outlets for power sources that no one told me were needed for the various devices in the home security kit. I'll have to find some YouTube stuff to figure out how to control the systems. No help from Best Buy or even returning my calls about that. And still, no one has come to install a wall-mounted TV. Purchased on May 10 just like the cameras.

Installation process was smooth from scheduling to install. I love have total protection and the peace of mind knowing I have access to Geek Squad support!

The camera installations were done right and was installed in the right place where I wanted them. The positioning was clean. They also connected them to my wifi and went step by step on how to use the app.

The geek squad mounted my ADT cameras and placed sensors on doors and windows. They showed me how to operate all devices. They also show me how to program my system and charge batteries. They were an exceptional team. Thanks for a great jobThe Sterling Rose team.

This installer, showed up exactly on time, was extremely methodical, checking the units were charged, helping with my App, going over the entire install with me, showing me how to charge it later. Amazing installer, I believe his name was Cameron.

Even though it was necessary for the two installers Frank and Hector to return to my residence (through no fault of theirs) (defective merchandise) they displayed the same high level of enthusiasm and commitment as they did the first time they came for product installation.
