The technician was very knowledgeable about the product, installation was done in a timely manner and he assisted us in syncing the product with our iPhones. Spent more than adequate time with us to make sure we were up to speed using the product to our satisfaction.

I had purchased four Arlo Essential Cameras but wasn’t certain where each should be located for the best viewing angles outside my home. However, thanks to Agent Sam, the cameras were up and running in less than an hour following his arrival. Sam was very friendly and offered great recommendations as to where the cameras should be mounted. He installed the cameras quickly and without incident. But, more importantly, Sam took time and effort to explain how the Arlo cameras were configured for my family members. If Geek Squad is able to offer this level of service, then I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The geek squad that installed and connected the TVs did an excellent job. I think they were efficient and resourceful because there were several different items that came up they were able to resolve. They were on time and polite as well as knowledgeable.

Purchased the Arlo Pro system had Geek Squad install the cameras and set up the system. Daniel did a great job, explained the system and offered suggestions, he made sure we knew the Arlo system before he left our home.

Geek squad arrived late in the day. He was very polite. Installed the security cameras and one of the cameras was making a buzzing noise. Because it was so late he was in a hurry to leave and we did not get a lot of instructions on how to use the security system. We were told that he would turn in to the company that the one camera needed to be replaced. So we made an appointment for an additional geek squad to come back out and replace it. However, when he came he did not have a replacement because it wasn't on his notes to bring one. We ask if he could adjust the directions for the cameras because we were not picking up very much movement and especially the areas that I was most concerned with. He did adjust. However we still are not getting the results needed for the cameras. We have decided these cameras are not working for us and now have an appointment for them to take them down and return them. The geek squad was very polite. However, we did not have good results with the product.

The total tech team were professional and knowledgeable. Seamless installation. Both gentlemen were great - I cannot remember the other gentleman’s - Bryce was one. Both were excellent.

One thing about the camera I don't like I have to charge it anytime it need charge.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from the Geek Squad Tech’s that installed my outdoor cameras. The cameras didn’t take long to install and the tech downloaded everything on my iPhone and my iPad.

They send two different companies. Each company was to install two cameras. The installers worked it out. It took an extra day but the install was excellent.
