The technicians came to our house and installed 2 more Eufy cameras. We love watching our property from 1400 miles away. Pictures from the camera are very clear.

Very easy to install and setup. My purchase came with free install service because I am a totaltech member. Not only did I get extended warranty but I also get professional installation which is really awesome!

I was very pleased with the service that I received from the Geek Squad Tech’s that installed my outdoor cameras. The cameras didn’t take long to install and the tech downloaded everything on my iPhone and my iPad.

Daniel (the tech) was amazing. He was earlier then expected, which I didn’t mind at all, and was professional the entire time. He had my cameras up and running in no time. I highly recommend him to anyone!

I love my Ring security cameras. I love the ability to hit the share button and share video clips of the activity in front of my house. The pictures and sound are always clear. I just wish the video clips were longer than 30 seconds or offered continuous video coverage.

The total tech team were professional and knowledgeable. Seamless installation. Both gentlemen were great - I cannot remember the other gentleman’s - Bryce was one. Both were excellent.

2 Geek Squad members came to the house, they really took their time to make sure the cameras and software settings were installed properly, they answered all my questions and they were very cordial and patient with all the questions I had.

We have never had a problem. Every time we have used the Geek Squad they’ve been very efficient and on time. They have installed security systems, TVs and sound systems for us and always have done an excellent job.

The agent that installed my cameras was very professional. Really like how he did the job, didn’t take long to do it either.

They send two different companies. Each company was to install two cameras. The installers worked it out. It took an extra day but the install was excellent.

Great product. The video is clear and distinct. It is highly sensitive and picks up everything. The only thing I noticed is the battery tends to wear down a bit. However, it is a great buy.

One thing about the camera I don't like I have to charge it anytime it need charge.

While I like to be hospitable, I didn't have to hover, babysit or help them do their job. It's a relief to have knowledgeable professional service providers who are also patient with me as I seek to learn how to operate what they just installed! ;)

The geek service technician Robert was very thorough neat and friendly he double checked my existing Arlo cameras and readjusted them as was needed.

The agent did an excellent job. He knew his business inside and out. I had many questions, and he knew all the answers highly recommend.
