The agent mounted my Ring door bell and connected it to the first. Then he showed me how to connect all the other sensors and any other devices. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.

The Geeks were great. They were quick, efficient, very personable, answered all my questions, and best of all, everything was installed right.

My experience of getting technical support on my lap top computer has been inconsistent. My wait time of getting an agent varied from a few minutes to a couple of hours and, sometimes my phoneline got cut off after I was put on hold for hours, I have to call back again. This has happend to me twice in the past one month, making me wanting to ask for a refund of my $199 total tech support annual membership since it was just renewalled on 19 Sep 2021. Once I get an agent, the technician support work has always been excellent. I was asked to purchase a SANDISC to download files from my android phone to it by a Geek Squad agent at a La Jolla Bust Buy store. The agent spent six minutes to sell me the product, but did not complete the download of my pictures from my phone to the disc which was my appointment was booked for. Additionally, the agent has misrepresented the Sandisc by overselling it's download speed compared to a traditional USB device. My personal experience has proven he was incorrect in this regard. The sandisc has lead to other technical difficulties including a requirement of having to download adobe readers to open my PDF files, mislabling my old files, missing a lot of pictures, documents and emails since 23 September 2021 (the day Sandisc was implemented) and immediately returned back to the store.

The Agent mounted my Arlo Pro cameras was the best ever. Installed 8 of them and set up my PC with access to the cameras. Chris was great. Using Geek Squad was the only way to get the job done.
